Job Summary:
United Tire is seeking a highly experienced Office/Sales Manager to oversee daily operations and administrative functions at our company. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement office policies by setting up procedures and standards to guide the operation of the office
· Organize office operations and procedures, including filing systems, invoicing, and scheduling
· Oversee the performance of other clerical staff
· Planning and directing the hiring and training of new sales Representatives
· Directing and coordinating all sales activities
Requirements:
· Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar administrative role
· Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
· Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems, and procedures
· Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service
· Developing and maintaining relationships with customers
· Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities, sales focused
